Executive VP Karen Kutch Karen Kutch joined AEM in June 1993 and has more than 30 years of experience in technical software development as program and project manager.

Karen is a recognized software professional with extensive capabilities in the areas of software requirements specification, user interface design, software testing, software hotline support, technical documentation, software estimation, and configuration management.  Karen is a trained CMMI™ professional.  She is credited with leading an AEM team successfully through CMMI™ certification.  She has extensive background in federal government contracting and is a talented communicator, negotiator and coordinator.
