President Sharon deMonsabert Sharon deMonsabert is the founder and CEO of AEM. She is an exceptional corporate and project manager with over 25 years of experience.

Sharon's PhD in civil engineering and her academic accomplishments as a tenured faculty member at George Mason University provide a strong technical complement to her managerial expertise.  Sharon is accomplished in the areas of civil/environmental engineering, systems engineering management and software engineering.  She has directed numerous research and other technical efforts, served as the editor for a nationally recognized technical journal, is published in many peer reviewed publications and is noted for her work in multi-criteria decision making within the environmental engineering domain.
