NSLDS Scores "Excellent" by The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey was recently completed and the preliminary results were compiled. The National Student Loan Data System's (NSLDS) overall score was 77! The national average for all companies is 74 and scores falling between 75-84 are considered excellent. This puts NSLDS in the range of companies like Dell, Target, and Wachovia Bank.
