AEM personnel have routinely participated in the development of system reliability and security enhancement measures at the national level.  AEM staff co-chaired the National Drinking Water Council's (NDWAC) Water Security Working Group (WSWG) to develop EPA's "14 Features of Active and Effective Security for the Water Sector" and have since participated in the development of the emerging measurement standards and tools for gauging improvement in security.
