Water/Wastewater System Security Analysis

• Risk-based vulnerability assessments with particular emphasis on water and wastewater, public and private utility systems

• Accomplished at using risk-based water/wastewater utility assessment tools (RAM-W, RAM-D, VSAT, RAMCAP)

• Distribution system contamination characterizations and consequence studies

• Cyber threat analysis of enterprise, plant control and SCADA systems

• Benefit/cost analysis and capital budget prioritization for security and reliability improvements

• Development of non-capital approaches to system security enhancements
