Legacy System Conversions

The development of new systems or extension of an existing system's capabilities often requires the conversion of legacy systems and integration with COTS or legacy products. AEM's practice is to:

• Analyze the components of the systems to define conformance to requirements.
• Determine conformance to strategic technology directions.
• Define the ease of integration to support necessary functionality.
• Define the cost and risk of utilizing the component compared to the cost and risk of replacing the system.
