- Help Desk/Toll-free Hotline – AEM provides a call center and help desk in support of Navy Family Housing software applications installed worldwide.
- Training Materials – Our Multimedia Training Materials Group produces effective computer-based training tools for our customers. They are expert at expressing the designs and ideas of engineers and other technical professionals in clear and concise language, using uncluttered graphic design and lucid technical illustration.
- Hardware/Network Configuration – AEM has successfully developed local and wide area networks for numerous commercial clients and the U.S. Navy.
- Process and Software Documentation – Our customer support specialists develop software documentation, context-sensitive help, training manuals and other end-user presentations and training tools.
- Document Management – AEM's Digital Filing System (DFS™) software suite allows our clients to reduce office space used by paper files, while enabling them search, view, and edit documents after scanning the documents. Our professional consultants provide further value added by helping to develop effective filing and hierarchy structures.
Project Summaries AEM has provided software implementation and technical support to Navy Housing for over 17 years. Members of AEM's technical support and implementation staff have diverse backgrounds in a number of disciplines, such as: engineering, education and training, reporting design and development, database administration and project/program management.
