Project Examples AEM managed the completion and rollout of the first international web-based performance measure database for Water & Sanitation utilities. AEM developed the data entry and analysis program, as well as the associated guidance documentation, QC plan, and final specifications for the system. The initial benchmarking network included users from Africa, the Baltics, US, and Asia.
