AEM provides business, environmental, and engineering experience necessary to analyze business requirements, develop analytical tools, evaluate data sources, and develop environmental requirements that through AIR1.1E help ESOH Coordinators and PMs of programs better understand the environmental risks throughout the acquisition lifecycle and assist them with the development of strategies to meet and comply with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2, SECNAV 5000.2B and Executive Order 12114. AEM's current and planned work for AIR1.1E centers on the following functional areas: Planning/Programmatic Environmental Safety and Health Evaluations (PESHE), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Operational Test Readiness Review (OTRR), and Integration Logistics Analysis (ILA).
