Nichole Bui manages operations for Vizuri, a commercial division of AEM. She is responsible for establishing project scope of work and for assignment of personnel. She also plans, develops, implements, and directs operations activities; ensures all operational functions are performed with consistency and quality; and maintains customer relationships.

• More than 20 years of experience in the business and information technology arenas
• Proven track record of successfully and consistently delivering complex, large-scale business solutions in both the federal and private sectors
• Experience managing multi-million dollar engagements across diverse clients and industries to solve business problems
• Responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities; planning, organizing, and directing business development and marketing functions; coordinating and cooperating with other business units to further business development; determining staffing and hiring requirements; and working with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to support AEM and Vizuri objectives
• Involved in implementing improvements to business process
