Millard Earman manages the IT hosting team that participates in the implementation of network design, application software development, and server implementations. He defines system design and refines hardware specifications with government hosting site staff, government oversight staff, and other contractors. He manages the configuration of hardware in the development, test, and production environments. In addition, he translates detailed design specifications into web-based production applications; and provides technical support across various platforms.
