Dr. Swarn Dhaliwal leads the creation and modification of the worldwide enterprise system for the Defense Services Division. In this role, he participates in technology decisions and development for systems that are part of the enterprise, providing technical leadership and assistance to the information technology team for design, operation, and security architecture. He is also a lead designer for AEM’s commercial services division, contributing to various development aspects of Vizuri’s IT systems.
