Andrea Hall is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong education data systems and information technology background. With over 19 years of expertise in this field, Andrea has contributed significantly to the development and implementation of a widely recognized P-20W national education data standard for more than eight years.
 
In her current role, Andrea offers technical assistance to state education agencies, focusing on the collection, reporting, and utilization of IDEA data. She is actively involved in a project aimed at expanding the Common Education Data Standards by incorporating data elements related to accessible educational materials and technologies. Additionally, Andrea played a key role in supporting the United States Department of Education's modernization efforts for their EDFacts data collection systems. She was responsible for writing the requirements for the new system, which was successfully implemented in 2023.
 
Previously, Andrea held the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Kansas State Department of Education, where she effectively managed a team of thirteen employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
