Dan Boland supports the U.S. Department of Education on the help desk for the Migrant Student Information Exchange (MSIX). In addition to working with users of MSIX, Mr. Boland has provided input and assistance with software development and testing, supported documentation updates, and helped to develop comprehensive solutions to needs identified by the Department.

 Mr. Boland has more than 20 years’ experience providing customer service, support, and training in the public and private sectors. Much of this has been with the Department of Education; prior experience includes working on the help desks for the Privacy Technical Assistance Center and EDFacts. Before his public sector work, he provided end-user software support and training through leadership roles for the help desk operations of two large Washington, DC firms.
