AEM Director Gabrielle Tapscott is Lead for the Civil Rights Data Collection contract for the U.S Department of Education, where she is responsible for increasing organizational productivity and efficiency by managing operations, services, and solutions. She is also responsible for AEM’s oversight of What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) technical and help desk activities for its website, database, and tools.
Gabrielle brings 20 years’ experience as an IT project manager with a background in leading business, IT, and help desk operations for the Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, Office for Civil Rights, and Federal Student Aid (FSA) contracts. Earlier in her career, as an AEM business lead, she managed software testing and development of requirement strategies for some of the largest data systems in education.
