As an AEM Senior Assistant Director, Julia Redmon is an accomplished project manager, team lead, and business analyst with more than 10 years of experience in education data and reporting. Ms. Redmon has paved the way for program teams to share challenges, data governance best practices, data uses, data quality efforts, and technology and innovations.
She led the efforts to establish the first Agency-wide data governance program at the Department of Education. Her data quality experience extends into the technical assistance space, where she supported both state and local education agencies, via the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) Partner Support Center (PSC), in their efforts to submit high-quality data. She has also researched, built, and implemented multiple formula and discretionary annual performance report submission models to improve the reporting process.
