AEM Senior Associate Director Sheeba Rooney has served as Project Manager for the EDFacts Technology and Support Services (ETSS) project and as a task lead for the Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) project.
Ms. Rooney began her career as a system tester for a Direct Loans project, and worked as part of the independent quality control team at the Common Services for Borrowers project for Federal Student Aid (FSA). She later worked as a release manager on the Performance Based Data Management Initiative (PBDMI), which later became the Educational Data Exchange Network (EDEN)—and most recently, EDFacts.
Ms. Rooney is an accomplished tester, quality control specialist, release manager, and project manager with more than 12 years’ experience working on Department of Education data management projects.
