AEM supports Department of Defense applications and systems of records that support servicemen, servicewomen, and their families.
In partnership with other industry leaders, we assist with planning, information gathering, reporting, help desk support, application development, database support/development, and deployments of those systems.
The applications we support are used to view, modify, allocate, and document different types of resources and inventories used across all branches of services. The applications are customized to meet defined requirements while providing the client with best-of-breed tools to meet their varying needs.
In addition, AEM provides technical support for system components to ensure operational stability. Our technical professionals maintain and optimize applications, databases, and reporting systems to maximize availability and performance. Furthermore, AEM supports this work with a 24/7 help desk for a high-profile web application and its user community, which spans the globe. Our engineers deploy and maintain system security, complying with Department of Defense policies and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
We leverage standardized and well-established processes to do this work as effectively as possible. This is best-evidenced through Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) appraisals, as we currently maintain a CMMI Maturity Level 3 for both services and development.
