Ruth Lett provides technical assistance to early childhood agency state partners and program staff as part of ECDataWorks. Her work focuses on creating and supporting solutions for effective data use, decision making, data integration, and data visualization. She has extensive experience in integrating a broad range of early childhood data, including child assessment, classroom and group observations, program participation, program and child demographics, licensing, Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS), geography, workforce, facility setting, and performance targets.
Her analytics work has served a broad range of stakeholders including program staff, state administrators, legislators, government officials, special task forces, federal program officers, university partners, resource and referral partners, advocacy groups, and policy research organizations. Ms. Lett holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University of Oxford Ohio.
