Gabrielle Tapscott oversees business and IT operations for large scale systems, websites, and databases for the U.S Department of Education.  She manages project resourcing, costs, schedules, performance and client communications. She is also responsible for leading and promoting AEM’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.   

• Has over 25 years of experience leading business, IT and help desk operations for the Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences (IES), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and Federal Student Aid (FSA) contracts.
• Achieved an unprecedented 100% completion and certification rate for the Civil Rights Data Collection, one of the Department of Education’s largest data collections encompassing over 17,800 school districts across the country. 
• Managed the planning and execution for the successful database conversion of 4.2 million FFEL student loans owned by the Department of Education.
