Executive Director

Richard (Rick) George is Executive Director at AEM, responsible for strategy, direction, and management of business focused on Department of Defense clients.

- Nearly three decades of experience defining, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow, management, and analytics solutions
- Delivered specialized Engineering and IT services to the Department of Defense
- Supported critical Navy programs including Naval Air Systems Command's F-18 Hornet Program
- Led DFAS Financial System Implementations and Modernizations at KPMG Consulting
- Developed cost modeling and data analytics solutions for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency across the Department of Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard
