In 2016, we invested in a new practice to bring richer capabilities to our lines of business. As they have grown, we have increasingly extended the same offerings to customers, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups to federal agencies. We specialize in strategy in order to make the most of any budget.
To lead this group, we hired Mat Morgan, a professional recognized by organizations such as Forbes for his accomplishments. Before joining AEM, he led a startup advertising network, developed the first global marketing strategy for the World Health Organization, and served as an international communications officer for the Red Cross. As a clear benefit to our customers, Mat is involved with every engagement.
AEM has more than two dozen employees that support communications efforts for customers, and we readily tap into a broader network of marketing experts for specialized needs or overflow capacity. We are also able to leverage the specialized capabilities of other AEM divisions, including mobile app development and “big data” analysis. Through this hybrid model, we operate as a lean, efficient extension of AEM, demonstrating high impact for our customers through creative and technical fields.
