What do you do at AEM?
I am a guy who will work closely with you to do an analysis and determine your needs. I will then build a custom solution and deliver it on time and within budget. I also provide any training you may need. I work with software technologies that are open-source and community-supported.
Do you have any advice for new hires?
Never hold back. Give everything you’ve got. If you are looking for a place where you just want to be a number or part of the crowd, AEM may not be for you. However, if you want to build a solid career and are willing to work hard, opportunities will present with numerous rewards. Job satisfaction at AEM includes respect, autonomy, recognition, and strong professional relationships.
What would your clients be surprised to learn about AEM?
AEM’s focus is on delivering value. We just finished a project where the client was without words when we exceeded expectations and were weeks ahead of schedule. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job and make our customer the winner. Most of the time it is a matter of seeing is believing.
