What do you do at AEM?

I’m a jack of many trades. I do hands-on technical work, business development, marketing, project-and-people management, and hiring. Across these diverse jobs, it’s important that I can write and communicate effectively.

How does AEM compare to previous places you’ve worked?

The culture here is so unique. In our annual corporate meetings, you have the opportunity to talk with people inside and outside of your department, so there’s a sense of family and togetherness. The people here are very friendly and supportive.

How has AEM invested in you?

I’ve gained more certifications in the five-plus years I’ve been here than I have throughout the rest of my career. AEM has a competitive corporate culture, and that really encourages me to improve myself and to take the initiative for continual professional growth.
