# Project | Supporting Military Housing through Global Systems and Support

## AEM efficiently tracks more than a million homes around the world for the U.S. Department of Defense.

As the official system of record at the U.S. Department of Defense, this web-based application supports servicemen, servicewomen, and their families. It is currently relied upon by more than 10,000 clients within the Department.

AEM’s IT experts and help desk team enable the efficient and secure operation of the systems behind Defense housing services. Each AEM team leader carries, on average, more than 16 years in military housing experience and stands ready to offer military clients a variety of toolsets and processes in service of work in information assurance, cybersecurity, and tech support. 

Both the development and services components of eMH are CMMI-appraised, ensuring all operations align with client needs. This contribution to eMH ensures it can offer value to the people protecting our country, ranging from ongoing housing aid to preparation of residents for natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and typhoons.
